1. Return & Refund Policy
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must remain unused and in their original condition, with packaging/carton intact and undamaged.
Refunds are subject to inspection. The refund amount will be processed only if the return fully complies with the above conditions.
2. Warranty Terms
All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty in accordance with brand guidelines.
Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and within the warranty period.
Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, or physical damage.
3. Shipping & Delivery Guidelines
Orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines vary depending on location and product availability.
Customers will be notified of the nearest available pickup slot or delivery schedule, typically on the same day of placing the order and no later than 24 hours.
Hard copies of required documents (Packing List and Delivery Note) must be signed by the customer and will be handed over with the goods.
Shipping costs and responsibilities are communicated clearly at the time of order.
